How do I place an order with Sheds Unlimited?
The easiest way to place an order is to call 717-442-3281 and speak with one of our experienced sales reps. They will guide you through the process and answer any questions you may have. You can also place an order in person at our office/manufacturing facility located on our family farm in the heart of the Lancaster County Amish Country. Or you can email or fax (717-442-5241) the specifications of what you want to order. One of our professional sales reps will be in contact with you. Please note that we are closed on Sundays.
What are my payment options?
Upon placing the order we ask for a 30% deposit. This can be paid via check, cash, money order or credit card. The balance is due on delivery and can also be paid via check, cash, credit card or money order. We also offer a 1% discount if paid via cash or check. The payment plan for the two and three car garages is as follows:
30% when the order is placed
30% prior to beginning construction in our shop
40% when when the building is completed.
What if I cancel my order?
We realize that sometimes times are tough or the local township refused to grant permission to place the shed on order. Whatever the unforseen issues which arise, we do offer our customers the option to cancel an order. If an order is cancelled Sheds Unlimited returns the 30% deposit, minus 5% for office costs incurred.For a two and three car garages where we are required to order special materials, Sheds Unlimited will return the deposit, minus 5% and minus any cost of materials which have been ordered for the particular project.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Shipping time will vary according to the company backlog. Certain times of the year delivery is available within 2-3 weeks. In busy season's delivery time could stretch out to 6-10 weeks. At times we have a a supply of Stock Buildings that are ready for a 2-3 week shipment.
How are shipping charges calculated?
Most of our products are delivered via our own company trucks and our new delivery MULE. Delivery fees are calculated based on the number of miles after the first twenty miles. Please call 717-442-3281 or email office@shedsunlimited.net for a free delivery estimate to your backyard. The buyer is responsible for any fees incured for out-of-state hauling permits. What about site preparation?
The customer is responsible for all site preparation. We recomend building a pad with a 4x4 or 6x6 pressure treated wood perimeter and then filling that in with stones. The pad should be at least one foot wider and longer than the building you have ordered or plan to order. Click here for skid placement and instructions for building a pad. I cannot have my building delivered fully assembled, What are my options?
For 35% percent of the base price and any additional options, Sheds Unlimited personnel will come to your site and assemble the building on your prepared site. Please call 717-442-3281 or email office@shedsunlimited.net for a price on having a building assembled in your backyard.

Rather than taking a heavy truck and trailer
into your backyard as many of our
competitors have done and continue to do,
we have invested in a "Mule" (click here to
learn more) to easily place your shed in
place. This greatly reduces ruts in your lawn
and allows us install the shed just where you
need it.
Setup On Site:
Despite the addition of new machinery to our fleet there are still times when a fully assembled shed will not be an option. No worries, we have teams of hightly proficient employees who will come to your home and setup a building in your backyard.
