Two-story sheds, barns and car garages from Sheds Unlimited come in two basic styles. First, we offer the Attic Car Garage and secondly the Legacy Two-Story Buildings. Both of these prefab car garages include a stairway and can be customized to meet any number of specific storage needs. If you are looking for a vehicle storage unit, a detached car garage with attic space or a garage with an apartment living space we offer many options to choose from.

Two-story barns and PREFAB ATTIC CAR GARAGES have long been a part of the Sheds Unlimited line. We take the basic features of the economy two and three car garage design and simply add a garage with attic space in the engineered truss area. The size of the attic area will vary by size and style of building. For example, a 24'x36' Workshop Garage in the following attic car garage pricing will include a 12'x36' Garage Attic Area. However, if you go with the same size building in the MaxiBarn, the size of the attic loft area will be 16'x36'. By simply creating a two-story building with a steeper pitched roof, the normal two or three car garage can include an attic space for extra storage needs or a garage with an apartment.
